Founded by the McCain family, McCain Foods Limited remains a privately held company. We are led by our Global Management Team to deliver our purpose and mission in a way which fits the McCain values.
To deliver our ambitions, McCain Foods Limited (“McCain Foods”) is led by its Global Management Team, with oversight from the McCain Foods board and ultimate governance provided by the board of McCain Foods Group Inc. (the McCain family holding company).
While McCain Foods is a privately held company, our boards have adopted best practices for corporate governance. These types of practices ensure that McCain Foods has rigorous oversight of its management and operations, as well as benefitting from the strategic guidance of its directors in assessing growth opportunities and in developing long-range plans.
Board directors are accountable for ensuring McCain Foods is always working most effectively for its shareholders, employees and for the communities in which we live and work.
